Reports
Contract-as-Code generates structured compliance reports from validation findings. Reports are designed for HR teams, compliance officers, legal counsel, and auditors.
Report types
PDF Compliance Report
A formatted document containing:
- Executive summary — total findings, affected employees, estimated financial impact
- Findings by rule — each finding grouped by the rule it violates, with clause references
- Findings by employee — each finding grouped by employee (hashed reference)
- Rule inventory — all approved rules with source clause references
- Audit trail — rule approval decisions, validation run metadata
- Methodology note — how validation was performed, which evaluators ran
The PDF report includes page numbers, a table of contents, and clause cross-references — suitable for regulatory audit responses, grievance proceedings, or NLRB/FWO/employment tribunal submissions.
CSV Export
A flat file with one row per finding, suitable for:
- Further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
- Import into your existing compliance tracking system
- Aggregation across multiple validation runs
- Business intelligence dashboards
CSV columns:
employee_ref, date, rule_family, rule_name, source_clause, page,

Navigate to Reports → New report or Validation → select a job → Export.

Multi-contract reports
If your organisation has validated multiple contracts, you can generate a portfolio-level report that aggregates findings across all contracts:
- Contracts → Reports → Portfolio Report
- Shows total exposure across all agreements
- Highlights which agreements have the most findings
- Useful for prioritising remediation effort across a large agreement portfolio

Sharing reports
Reports can be:
- Downloaded by any user with the Viewer role or above
- Shared via link (expiring link, configurable from 24 hours to 30 days)
- Emailed to a specified address directly from the platform
WARNING
Reports may contain sensitive findings about payroll discrepancies. Share only with authorised personnel. Reports do not contain raw employee PII (only hashed references).
